Yumi Hiraga Jane Wootton Karen Pavlidis Jennifer Pelton Angela Hungelmann

Yumi Hiraga

Dr. Yumi Hiraga received her Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Washington. She completed her child clinical predoctoral internship at Schneider Children’s Hospital in New York, and a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. Hiraga was the founder and director of the LEARN Clinic at the University of Washington. She is currently a consulting psychologist with Head Start in the Seattle Public Schools.

Jane Wootton

Dr. Jane Wootton received her Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Alabama. She completed a child clinical predoctoral internship at the University of Washington, School of Medicine, and a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle. She then served for one year as an Attending Psychologist on the Consultation/Liaison Psychiatry Service at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center.

Karen Pavlidis

Dr. Karen Pavlidis received her Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Washington. She completed her child clinical predoctoral internship at Stanford University School of Medicine, and postdoctoral fellowships in child clinical/ pediatric psychology at the Center for Human Development and Disability at the University of Washington and at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital in Tacoma. Dr. Pavlidis served for three years as a staff psychologist at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital before entering private practice.

Jennifer Pelton

Dr. Jennifer Pelton received her Ph.D. in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Georgia. She completed her child clinical predoctoral internship at Stanford University School of Medicine, and postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Hospital and the University of Washington where she specialized in treatment of Eating Disorders. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Pelton is currently the director of a school-based depression prevention study through the University of Washington for at-risk middle school students as they transition into high school.

Angela Hungelmann

Dr. Angela Hungelmann received her Ph.D. in School Psychology with a specialization in Pediatric Neuropsychology from the University of Utah. She completed a child clinical/pediatric psychology and neuropsychology predoctoral internship at Primary Children’s Medical Center in Salt Lake City, and a postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology at Children’s Hospital and Regional Medical Center in Seattle. She has served as an Attending Psychologist on the Rehabilitation Medicine Service at Children’s Hospital for over three years. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Hungelmann continues to be on medical staff at Children’s Hospital and is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington.
